This report begins with the cost of production survey and then with a report on how MOPC members can better access regional and national markets. In a broader sense, this report provides an understanding of the value chain of the organic grass-finished beef market from the producer to consumer. This report does not directly examine either the certified organic grain-finished or grass-finished/fed beef markets.
