The Sidestreams of Biodiesel Production: a Curriculum for Agricultural Producers (Summary)

This workshop curriculum was prepared by Piedmont Biofuels for the National Center for Appropriate Technology, with funding and cooperation from the USDA Risk Management Agency. The curriculum explains composting, biodigestion, combustion, and other options for dealing with glycerine, wash water, excess methanol, and other sidestreams of small-scale biodiesel production.
